Getting Started

CineWave is an on-demand video streaming service. You pay a monthly or annual subscription fee and get unlimited access to our entire catalogue — over 14,000 movies, TV series, documentaries, and CineWave Originals. Watch on any internet-connected device, anytime, with no adverts.
Click Start Free Trial on any page, choose a plan, and create your account. Your 30-day free trial begins immediately. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial expires at no cost.
No. We don't require a credit card or payment method to start a free trial. If you choose to continue after 30 days, you'll be asked to add a payment method at that point. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Basic plan includes 2 profiles, Standard includes 5, and Premium includes up to 10. Each profile has its own watch history, recommendations, and settings. You can also create a Kids profile with age-appropriate content filtering.

Billing & Payments

After your 30-day free trial, your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans). You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before each billing date. You can view your next billing date in Account → Billing.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately (with a pro-rated charge). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Go to Account → Plan → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged at all.
We offer refunds within 14 days of a charge if you haven't streamed any content in that billing period. For annual plans, we offer a pro-rated refund for the unused months. Contact support at billing@cinewave.15me.space with your account email.

Devices & Compatibility

CineWave is available on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense), streaming sticks (Fire TV, Chromecast, Apple TV, Roku), game consoles (PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series), iOS and Android phones and tablets, and any modern web browser on Mac or Windows.
Basic: 1 screen. Standard: 2 screens. Premium: 5 screens. If you exceed your plan's limit, additional streams will be paused with a notification. You can manage active devices in Account → Devices.
We recommend: 5 Mbps for HD (1080p), 15 Mbps for 4K HDR, 25 Mbps for 4K Dolby Vision. Our adaptive bitrate engine automatically adjusts quality to match your available bandwidth, so you'll always see the best quality your connection supports.

Streaming Quality

Quality is automatically adjusted based on your internet speed. If quality seems lower than expected: (1) check your connection speed at fast.com, (2) try restarting your router, (3) close other bandwidth-heavy apps or downloads, (4) if using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router or try a wired connection.
Yes. Standard and Premium plans support 4K Ultra HD (up to 3840×2160), HDR10, and Dolby Atmos spatial audio. Premium also adds Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. Your device must also be compatible — 4K HDR is available on supported Smart TVs, Apple TV 4K, and Fire TV Stick 4K.

Offline Downloads

On the CineWave mobile app (iOS or Android), tap the download icon next to any title. Downloads are stored on your device and can be watched without an internet connection. Standard plan includes 25 downloads per month; Premium includes unlimited downloads.
Downloads are available for 30 days from the download date. Once you start watching, you have 48 hours to finish. Downloads are automatically removed when your subscription ends or a title leaves the catalogue. The app will notify you before any download expires.

Account & Security

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Go to Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on. You can use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or receive SMS codes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account.
Go to Account → Privacy → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, watch history, and profiles. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately with no further charges. Under GDPR and CCPA you have the right to request all data we hold about you before deletion.
