Terms of Use

Welcome to CineWave. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CineWave streaming service, website, and applications (the "Service"), provided by CineWave, Inc. ("CineWave", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete registration information; (b) keep your password secure; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; and (d) not share your account credentials with others outside your household. CineWave is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

CineWave is a subscription service. By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Free trials are limited to one per user and are subject to eligibility requirements.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account → Plan → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

All content on the Service — including films, series, audio, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to CineWave and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, transmitted, or displayed without prior written permission from CineWave or the respective rights holder.

7. Availability and Changes

Content availability varies by region and may change over time due to licensing agreements. CineWave reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CineWave does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if CineWave has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
